Antigua Restaurant Group started with a simple dream shared by my husband, Nicolas Ramos, and me: to build something meaningful, rooted in family, culture, and a deep love for taking care of people. From the very beginning, I poured my vision, leadership, and event expertise into growing our business, while Nicolas provided the culinary foundation, discipline, and raw passion that defined our signature flavors.
 

Today, the story continues with the next generation. Our son, Jose, has stepped up to lead our daily operations, keeping our standards high and our kitchens moving forward. Meanwhile, our daughter, Nikki, brings a fresh energy, drive, and deep commitment to connecting our business with the amazing community that has supported us for over 20 years. Together as a family, everything we do is guided by a few simple truths: hard work, genuine service, pride in our heritage, and the belief that shapes our entire lives...
